Say hello to the world's first on water exercise workout. Probably the most fun and unique class you'll try this year. Our instructors will put you through your paces on a large inflatable board, just standing on the board will help develop your core strength and balance.
How about throwing in full body exercises such as squats, burpees, press ups and mountain climbers... Now we're talking! This high intensity workout will have you achieving results in no time and the great thing is you'll forget you're even exercising as you try to stay afloat.
Benefits include improved stamina, strength, flexibility, while developing your core in a fun environment.
